WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common pleas Court,Orphans' Court Division
at a session of the said Court there to be held, for the County
of Cumberland to show cause why he should not be adjudged an
incompetent and a guardian be appointed of. his estate and person;
the time and place of hearing are fixed for Court Room No.,
Court
House, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on Monday, the 29 day of June, 1981,
at 9:30 o'clock A.M., Courtroom No.1.
At least 10 days written notice of the hearing shall be given to
Emory Albert Fisher, the alleged incompetent, by serving Emory Albert
Fisher personally with a citation and a copy of the foregoing petition
and this order of court; and at least 10 days written notice of the
Petition and hearing shall also be given to the next of kin and other
parties in interest named in the petition, either personally or by
registered or certified mail.

a hearing held following due notice, it is ordered and decreed that:

1. Emory A. Fisher is adjudged an incompetent.
2. Florence Fisher is appointed guardian of the estate of Emory A. Fisher.
3. Florence Fisher is appointed guardian of the per son of Emory A. Fisher.

4. Bond in the amount of ~ .7b 6' K~ is ordered.
The guardian of the estate is directed to file an inventory in accordance with
the provisions of Section 402 of the Incompetents' Estates Act of 1955, since amended
to 20 Pa. C.S. Section 5501.

PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION OF INCOMPETENCY
AND THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE AND OF TIlE PERSON
TO 'rIlE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Florence Fisher, respectfully represents:
1. Florence Fisher, Petitioner herein, is an adult individual residing at 619
North West Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. Your Petitioner
is the wife of the alleged incompetent.
2. Emory Albert Fisher, the alleged incompetent herein, was born on July 1, 1926
and is presently 55 years of age.
3. The present residence of Emory A. Fisher is the Veterans Administration
Medical Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fisher was admitted to that facility in
June of 1980.
4. Emory A. Fisher was a member of the United States Armed Services. Mr. Fisher
retired from the RegUlar Army as a Master Sergeant on April 30, 1964 at Fort Lee, Virgin
5. The nature and extent of the alleged incompetent's estate is as follows:
United States Army Retirement, $475.00 monthly; Social Security Disability, $425.00
monthly.
6. Emory A. Fisher is unable to manage his property because of mental infirmities
caused by acute alcoholism. Because of this illness, Mr. Fisher is unable without the
continued care and assistance of others to properly care for his needs of nourishment,
personal and medical care, shelter and self protection and safety.
