mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to
be my Last. Will And Testament, hereby revolting any and all
prior Wi lis or Codicils by me made.
I.
I give, devise and bequeath all or my estate, both real
and personal, unto my wife, I\ATHRYN T. SHOEMAl\ER, absolutely,
and I hereby appoint my said wire as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament.
2.
In the event my said wife shall predecease or fail to
survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
both real and personal, In equal shares, absolutely, unto my
children, Doris 1\. Shoemaker, Marlin Lee Shoemaker, Jr. and
Phyllls E. Shoemalter. In the event any of my said children
shall be entitled to share in my estate and shall be under the
age of 21 years at the time of my death, then I hereby appoint
FARMERS TRUST COMPANY, Carlisle, Pa., as guardian of the estate
of said minors. If at the time of my decease, none of my
children shall have attained the age of 25 years, and this
second paragraph of my Last. Will and Testament shall be operative,
I then appoint Farmers Trust Company as Executor under the
provisions of this second paragraph. I appoint any such child
or children who shall have attained said age of 25 years at the
time of my decease to

I, MARLIN L. SHOEMAKER, of't~e Borough of carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do hereby ma!{e, publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
prior Wills or Codicils by me made.

and personal, unto my wife, KATHRYN T. SHOEMAKER, absolutely,
and I hereby appoint my said wife as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament.
