AND TESTAMENT OF
MARY L. FACKLER. LATE OF
BOROUGH OF CAMP HILL. CUMBERLAND COUNTY. PENNSYLVANIA,
DECEASED,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), having whilst SHE lived at the time of HER death divers goods
and chattels, rights and credits within the Commonwealth, by reason whereof the approbation and insinuation of the said Last
Will and Testament, and the committing the Administration of all and singular, the goods and chattels, rights and credits,
which were of the said deceased, also the Auditing the Accounts, and Calculation and Reckoning of the said Administration to
me are manifestly known to belong. And that Administraiion of all and singular, the goods and chattels, rights and credits of
the said deceased, and way concernin~ HER I ,ast Will and Testament, was committed to HAROLD FACKLER
in the said Testament named EXECUTOR
having first been duly qualified will and truly to administer the goods and chattels, right and credits of the deceased, and make
a true and perfect Inventory thereof, and exhibit the same into the Register's office, in the borough of Carlisle, within thirty
days from this dale, and also file a just and true account, calculation and reckoning of HIS
administration when lawfully required, and diligently and faithfully to regard, and will and truly comply with the provisions of
the law relating to Collateral and Direct Inheritances. Decedent died on the 17TH day of
JUNE , 19~, according to affidavit properly filed.

anticipation, assignment, attachment or any other voluntary or involuntary

5. I authorize my Executor and the Guardian herein named,
and their successors, to exercise the following powers, in addition to those
given by law, to be exercised in their sole discretion:
(a). To retain any real or personal property which may
at any time form a part of my estate as long as deemed advisable.
(b). To invest in any real or personal property without
restriction to legal investments.
(c). To repair, alter, improve, mortgage or lease for any
period of time any real or personal property and to give options
for leases.
(d). To sell at public or private sale, for cash or credit,
with or without security, to exchange or to partition real or
personal property and to give options for sales or ,exchanges.
(e). To compromise claims.
(f). To make distribution in cash or in kind or partly in
each.
6. I appoint my son, HAROLD FACKLER, Executor of this Will.
Should he, for any reason, fail to qualify or cease to act as such, I appoint
my daughter-in-law, MARY J. FACKLER, Executrix of this Will, with the
same duties, powers and discretion as if originally appointed. No executor
or guardian herein named shall be required to give bond or furnish sureties
in any jurisdiction.

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of HAROLD FACKLER, Executor of the Estate
of Mary L. Fackler, Deceased, respectfully represents:
1. That Mary L. Fackler, the Decedent, died testate on
June 17, 1981, a resident of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary for said Estate
were duly issued to Harold Fackler, your Petitioner, who is a son
of the Decedent, by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, on June 24, 1981.
or parcel of land with a dwelling house erected thereon known as
2069 LenoX Street, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by deed recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office
in Cumberland County in Deed Book "W", Volume 13, Page 552.
2. That said Decedent died seized of a certain piece
3. That your Petitioner has agreed, subject to the
approval of your Honorable Court, to purchase said premises at
private sale for the sum of Forty-Three Thousand ($43,000.00)
Dollars in cash clear of encumbrances.
4. There are no other liens or encumbrances on said
premises.
5. That your Petitioner believes that Forty-Three
Thousand ($43,000.00) Dollars is a fair price for said premises

and a better price than could be obtaincd at public sale and as
indicated by the appraisal dated August 13, 1981, of K. Jesse
Reitenbach, qualified real estate appraiser.

estate in addition to your Petitioner are Mary J. Fackler,
daughter-in-law of the Decedent, and Kenneth P. Fackler, grandson
of the Decedent, who are sui juris.
7. That Mary J. Fackler and Kcnneth P. Fackler are
agreeable for your Petitioner to purchase said real estate for
the sum of Forty-Three Thousand ($43,000.00) Dollars as evidenced
by their Consent and Joinders attached hereto and made a part hereof.
8. Your Petitioner respectfully requests that the deed
to said property be made out to Petitioner and his wife, Ruth E.
Fackler, as tenants by the entireties.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court,
under 20 Pa. C.S.A., Section 3356 of the Probate, Estates, and
Fiduciaries Code, to direct the Clerk of your Honorable Court to
execute and deliver a deed to said property to Petitioner and
his wife as tenants by the entireties upon exhibition to the Clerk
of the Executor's receipt for the purchase money.

This document is the Notice required to be given under Section 709 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act
of 1961 (72 p,s, soction 2465),
It the tax is paid within three (31 months after the decedent's death. a discount of 5% of the tAx paid is allowed.
Inheritance Tax becomes delinquent nine (9) months aftar the decedent's death. Interest is charged at the
