BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of a public road, which runs from Leesburg to Cleversburg, being Legislative Route 21006, and a public road formerly known as the public road running from Shippensburg and past Gates Orchard, now known as South Mountain Estates Road, Route 317; thence along the latter road in an Easterly direction, one hundred (100) feet to land formerly of Isaac M. Wilson and Warren I.
