BEGINNING at a point at a pine tree on line of lands formerly of lIarry Ober-
holtzer, nOl~ of John Rife; thence by lands nOl~ of John Rife, North forty-five
(45) degrees West, ninety-three (93) perches to a point at a limestone; thence
along the public road leading from Leesburg to Cleversburg, being Legislative
Route 21006, by lands formerly of Joseph L. Miller, nOl~ of David ~1i.ller, and
by lands of Wallace Bigler, Daisy Matima, Clyde Schaffer and Bruce Rotz, South
t\~enty-eight (28) degrees West, one hundred sixty-three and six tenths (163.6)
perches to a point at a post; thence by lands formerly of Rebecca Martin, now
or formerly of William Gilbert, South fifty-five (55) degrees East, nineteen

Isaac Wilson and Stella Wilson, his wife, and Warren Wilson, and the said
Stella Wilson, a/kia, Estella G, Wilson, died June 1, 1946, survived by her
husband, Isaac M. Wilson, in whom her undivided one-half interest as tenants
by the entireties \~ith her said husband vested in the said Isaac M. Wilson,
her surviving husband, and the said Isaac M, Wilson died Testate, July 28, 196 ,
and pursuant to the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said
Isaac M. Wilson, duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumb-
erland County, Pennsylvania, and pursuant to a Decree of Adjudication of the
Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, dated August 25, 1970, a
copy of the same being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "T", Volume 23, Page 683, title
to one-half interest of the said premises vested in the Legatees and Distri-
butees therein named, of the said Isaac M. Wilson Estate.

Inventory of the real and personal estate of
Warren I. Wilson, deceased, continued...
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of a public road, which runs
from Leesburg to Cleversburg, being Legislative Route 21006, and a
public road formerly known as the public road running from Shippensburg
and past Gates Orchard, now known as South Mountain Estates Road, Route
317; thence along the latter road in an Easterly direction, one hundred
(100) feet to land formerly of Isaac M. Wilson and Warren I. Wilson, and
being Tract No. 1 hereinabove; thence by the same land in a Northerly
direction, three hundred (300) feet to a point; thence by the same in
a Westerly direction, one hundred (100) feet to a point at the edge of
a public road leading from Leesburg to Cleversburg, being Legislative
Route 21006; thence in a Southerly direction along said last mentioned
road, three hundred (300) feet to a point, the place of Beginning.
BEING included in the description of Tract No. I aforesaid, and, BEING
the same real estate which is described in the deed of the Board of
School Directors of the School District of Southampton Township, Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania, by their deed dated July 16, 1956, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "J", Volume 17, Page 160, conveyed to
Isaac M. Wilson and I~arren I. Wilson, and the said Isaac M. Wilson
died Testate, July 28, 1966, and pursuant to the provisions of the
Last Will and Testament of the said Isaac M. Wilson, duly probated
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and pursuant to a Decree of Adjudication of the Orphans' Court of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, dated August 25, 1970, a copy of the
same being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "T", Volume 23, Page 683, title to
one-half interest of the said premises vested in the Legatees and
Distributees therein named, of the said Isaac M. Wilson Estate.
AND Tract No. 1 and Tract No. 2 being the same real estate which
Hazel M. Oppel, single woman, Thelma M. Warren and David S. Warren,
her husband, Wesley S. Wilson, single man, Ruth P. Wilson, widow and
single woman, surviving wife of Norman Wilson, he being the son of
Isaac M. Wilson, who died Intestate, November 16, 1966, survived by
no issue and leaving as his sole heir a wife, Ruth P. Wilson, Faye E.
Heckman and Ray O. Heckman, her husband, Ronald E. Walters and Jean E.
Walters, his wife, Robert W. Walters and Virginia L. Walters, his wife,
William I. Walters and Ruth M. Walters, his wife, Galen L. Walters and
Carolyn K. Walters, his wife, Legatees and Distributees of the Estate
of Isaac M. Wilson, by their deed dated March 4, 1974, and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of C~~berland County, Pennsylvania,
in Deed Book "N", Volume 25, Page 243, conveyed their undivided interest
therein to Warren I. Wilson, deceased; and Letters of Administration
in the Estate of Warren I. Wilson, deceased, were issued to Paye Heckman,
by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the
30th day of June, 1981.
