1. I direot that all my just dobts and funer~l
expenses, :l,noluding my grave marker and all expe.nsEls of.
my last illness, ,shall be p~id from my l;'esiduary estate
as soon as praotioable after my deoease as part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
2. I bequeath my automobiles, household and per-
sonal effeots and other tangible personalty of like nature
(not inoluding cash or seourity), together with any exist-
ing insuranoe thereon, to my wife, Mary Jane WrightJ;ltone,
if she surviveJ;l me (and I direot thatf for purposes of

this paragraph 2 of my Will, J;lhe shall be deemed to have
sUrvived me unlesJ;l it appearJ;l unmistakably that she pr~-
deoeased me). Should my wife, Mary Jane Wrightstone, not
survive me, I bequeath suoh tangible personalty and insuranoe,
thereon to, suoh of my ohildren as are living on the thirty;,
first (3l~t) day after my death, tQ be divided among them
by my Exeoutrix with due regard for their persortal pre-
ferenoes in as nearly equal shares as praotioal. .
3. If my wife, Mary Jane Wrightstone, survives me
(and I direo.tthat, for the purpOses of this Paragraph 3
of my Will, she shall be deemed to have ~urviv~d me unless
it appears unmistakably that she predeoeased me) and, if

reduoed by making this gift for her benefit, I devise and
