WHEREAS, Gary R. Seifert and Lynn L. Seifert, of 156 Brindle Road, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, Owners, entered into a contract with Taylor Home Remodeling, Inc., Contractor, of
5103 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor necessary
for renovations of their residence, upon the following tract of land located in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more specifically described as follows, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Brindle Road (Brindle Road - 60' right-ofqway),
said point being 585.0 feet north of lands now or late of E.E. Goodhart and also being at the
dividing line betWeen lots 36 and 37; thence along said dividing line, N89°28'35"W a distance of
555.40 feet to a point on the eastern line of lot 42; thence along the eastern line of lot 42,
N04°24'00"E a distance of 125.29 feet to a point at the dividing line betWeen lots 37 and 38;
thence along said dividing line, S89°28'35"E a distance of 546.93 feet to a point on the western line
of Brindle Road; thence along the western line of Brindle Road, S00°31 '25"W a distance of 125.0
feet to a point at the dividing line between lots 36 and 37, the place of BEGINNING.
The above-described lot being lot #37 of the final subdivision plan for Brindle Enterprises,
recorded in Cumberland County Court House in Volume 35, Page 36 and containing 1.58 aci'es.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and betWeen the said
parties as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the
undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor
or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics'
lien for work done or materials fumished to the said building or any part thereof.
This Stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten
days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such
case provided.

IT BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Brindle Enterprises, a ~imited
partnership, by their deed dated June 22, 1979 and recorded June
25, 1979 in the~Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book M, Volume 28, Page
621, granted and conveyed unto Gary R. Seifert and Lynn L. Seifert,
husband and'wife, Mortgagors herein.
