by my personal representative pursuant to the laws of the State

I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, in
possessi.on or in expectancy at the time of my death, to my
children, ROY E. WILLIAMS, JR., DOROTHY WILLIAMS, and EUGENE
WILLIAHS, in equal shares, share and share alike. Should any of
my said beneficiaries die before receiving his or her final dis-
tribution, leaving lawful issue then surviving, then the share
which s.,id beneficiary w()uld hnve laken shall be paid over to said
beneficiary, per stirpes, and should any such beneficiary so dying
leave no lawful issue of him or her surviving, then the share of
such beneficiary shall be a,lde(1 equally to the share of the other
beneficiaries or their lawful issue and be held and distributed
in all respects as though it: had odr,inally been n part of such
other di stri,buti ve sharC's.

If my son, ROY E. WILLIAMS, JR., shall predecease me or shall fail
to qualify, or shall resign, or cease to act for any reason as
Executor, I then hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
DOROTHY WILLIAMS, as Successor Executrix. I direct that neither
, my Executor or Successor Executrix, as the case may be, be re-
I quired to file bond or other security in any jurisdiction fO,r the .'

Executor or Successor Executrix, as the case may be, to manage,
rent, sell, lease, mortgage, dispose of or convey any or all of my'

without application to or authority from any Court whatever, and to
make, execute and deliver all proper writings, leases, bills of sa~e,

the Second Ward of the Borough of Carlisle,
county of Cumberland and State of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING
at a point on South Hanover Street, the
southwest corner of lot formerly of Mrs.
Della Sierer and now or formerly of the
Estate of Reverend A. R. Steck; thence east
by the same a distance of 240 feet, more or
less, to a point in the middle of Cemetery
Alley; thence by the center line of said
Alley, southward a distance of 150 feet to
". a point on the line of property now or
. formerly of Sarah Elmira Motts, now of
Raymond Black; thence by the said property
westward a distance of 240 feet, more or'
less, to a point on South Hanover Street;
thence northward by said street a distance
of 150 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a brick garage building
and brick dwelling house. BEING the same
tract of land which Willis G. Morrison and
Ruth A. Morrison, his wife, by deed dated
July 18, 1945, and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for cumberl
County in Deed Book II A", Vol. 13, Page
granted and conveyed to Roy E. Willi~

to an Agreement of Sale and t balance due
on that Agreement at the time of the death

SAID installment Agreement of Sale is dated
May 9, 1972 and recorded May 15, 1972 in
Miscellaneous Record Book 199 at Page 146 in
the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds
office.

The subject decedent at death legally resided outside the
state of Pennsylvania; accordingly, you are authorized to close your
records for inheritance tax purposes.
All other inheritance tax documents filed under your resident
inheritance tax number for the subject decedent (if any) should be
forwarded to this office at the address shown above. Included should
be photocopies of all receipts for collection of inheritance tax in
the subject estate which have been issued by your office.
It is not necessary to return Departmental documents
forwarded to your office under the nonresident file number as we
maintain a file of all documents forwarded for the estates.
All matters concerning this estate will be maintained under
the Pennsylvania Nonresident File Number 9981-0410.
