Oil Conversion Heat
The subject property, although a single, shows a great deal of
deterioration and economic obsolescence and is in need of major repair
and interior modernization. The exterior insulbrick is in very poor
condition and in many places must be replaced. The entire dwelling
lacks storm windows and screens and, I feel, many windows would have
to be replaced due to lack of paint and rotting framework.

INFORMATION
This document is the Notice required to be gIven under Section 709 of the Inherit;nce and Estate T.x Act
of 1961 172 P,S, section 24851,
If the l.1x is paid within three (3) months after the decedent's death. a discount of 5% of the tax paid is .1Iowed.
Inheritance T.x becomes delinQuent nine (9) months after the decedent's dealth, Interest is charged .t the
rate of six (61 percent per annum on the amount of unpaid tlX, (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)
EXAMPLE: If I balance of tax due of $2.000.00 is in I delinquent status from 3-3-60, and payment is mJIIde
on 5-23-80. the interest is calculated IS indicated below:
