Cumberland county, pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
I, JOYCE A. SNYDER, of the Borough of New cumberland,
understanding, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and revoke any will previously made by me.

ITEM 2: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever
the same shall be at the time of my death unto my sister, BETTY E.
PEIFFER, as Trustee, IN TRUST, for my sister, JANET L. SNYDER, and
my mother, MARY C. SNYDER, to be divided in equal shares, per stirpes,
for the following purposes:

(b) upon the death of the survivor of my mother, MARY C.
SNYDER, and my sister, JANET L. SNYDER, this Trust shall terminate
and the then remaining principal and any undistributed or accumulated
income shall be distributed to such of my brothers and sisters as are
living at the death of the survivor of my mother, MARY C. SNYDER, and
my sister, JANET L. SNYDER.
ITEM 3: Should neither my mother, MARY C. SNYDER, nor my
sister, JANET L. SNYDER, survive me, I devise and bequeath my estate,
of every nature whatsoever, including any property over which I shall
have a power of appointment, to such of my brothers and sisters as
survive me.
ITEM 4: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall
not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM 5: All federal, estate and other death taxes payable
because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross
estate for tax purposes, shall be considered a part of the expense of
the administration of my estate and shall be paid from my residuary
estate without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
ITEM 6: My Bxecutrix and Trustee shall have the following
powers in addition to those vested in her by law and by other provisions
of my will applicable to all property, whether principal or income,
including property held for minors, exercisable without court approval
and effective until actual distribution of all property:

INFORMATION
This document is the Notice required tc be given under Section 709 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax ACf
of 196 I 172 P,S, section 24851,
If the tax is paid within three (3) months after the decedent's death, a discount of 5% of the tax paid is allowed.
Inheritance Tax becomes delinquent nine (9) months after the decedent's dealth. Interest is charged II the
rite of six (6) percent per annum on the amount of unplldtax. (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)
EXAMPLE: If a balance of tax due of $2.000.00 is in a delinQuent status from 3-3-80, Ind payment is made
on 5-23-80, the interest is calculated as indicated below:

Cumberland County, pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM 1: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses from the prop-
erty passing under this Will as an expense and cost of, administering

JOYCE A. SNYDER
1, JOYCE A. SNYDER, of ~he Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and
.
Testament and revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM 1: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses from the prop-
erty passing under this Will as an expense and cost of administering
my estate.
ITEM 2: 1 give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever
the same shall be at the~~~ ~th unto my sister, BETTY E.
PEIFFER, as Trustee, IN TRUST, for~y sister, JANET L. SNYDER, and
my mother, MARY C. SNYDER, to be divided in equal shares, per stirpes,
for the following purposes:
(a) As much of the net income, accumulated income and
principal of this Trust as the Trustee, in her sole discretion, may
from time to time think advisable for the support of my mother, MARY
C. SNYDER, and for the support of my sister, JANET L. SNYDER, or
during illness or emergency, shall be either paid to them or either
of them or else applied directly for their or either of their
benefit by the Trustee after taking into consideration each of their
other readily available assets and sources of income. Distribution
under this paragraph need not be
equal nor need both beneficiaries be

included in any distribution.
(bl Upon the death of the survivor of my mother, MARY C.
SNYDER, and my sister, JANET L'. SNYDER, this Trust shall terminate
and t~e then remaining principal and any undistributed or accumulated
income shall be distributed to such of my brothers and sisters as are
living at the death of the survivor of my mother, MARY C. SNYDER, and
my sister, JANET L. SNYDER.
ITEM 3:
Should neither my mother, MARY C. SNYDER, nor my
sister, JANET L. SNYDER, survive me, I devise and bequeath my estate,
of every nature whatsoever, including any property over which I shall
have a power of appointment, to such of my brothers and sisters as
survive me.
ITEM 4: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall
not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.

ITEM 5: All federal! est~~ ~ other death taxes payable
because of my death, with re~ect~ ~e:~perty forming my gross
estate for tax purposes, shall be considered a part of the expense of
the administration of my estate and shall be paid from my residuary
estate without apportionment or right of reimbursement,
ITEM 6: My Executrix and Trustee shall have the following
powers in addition to those vested in her by law and by other provisions
of my will applicable to all property, whether principal or income,
including property held for minors, exercisable without court approval
and effective until actual distribution of all property:
