I, MILDRED W. HASSINGER, of West Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and
revoke all wills which I have previously made.
I I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real
and personal, to my son, William W. Hassinger, if living, otherwise
to his surviving issue per stirpes, and if there be no surviving issue,
then in equal shares to the following named persons living at the time
of my death: my brother, William C. Wachter, Jr. and my sister, Mary
Martha Turner.
II Any share of my estate which shall be distributable
to a beneficiary under the age of 18 years shall be held in a savings
account, certificate of deposit or other similar investment, in the
name of the minor in a federally insured banking or savings institution
until the minor attains the age of 18 years.
III I appoint my son, William W. Hassinger, as Executor
of this willi if for any reason he shall fail to qualify or cease to
act as such during the administration of my estate, I appoint my
brother, William C. Wachter, Jr., as Alternate Executor; if for any
reason he shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such during the
administration of my estate, I appoint The First National Bank of
Newville, Pennsylvania, as Second Alternate Executor of this will.

DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE
AND NOW, to wit, this -j'p' day of June, 1982, the
First and Final Account of William W. Hassinger, Executor of
the Estgte of Mildred W. Hassinger, Deceased, having been
confirmed absolutely, and the said Mildred W. Hassinger by
paragraph I of her last will having devised her entire estate
to her son, William W. Hassinger, the Court does hereby award
and decree unto William W. Hassinger, of R. D. 4, Box 53AA, Newville,
PA 17241:
ALL those certain lots of ground with the improvements
thereon erected, situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEING Lots No. 90 and 91 in the Plan of Lots of the Big Spring
Heights Extension as recorded in Plan Book No. 4,Page 16 and
adopted by Andrew ~lcElwain: bounded on the East by a twenty (20)
foot alley; on the South by Lot No. 89 and a twenty (20) foot
alley; on the West by Central Street and on the North by Lot No.
92; said Lots No. 90 and 91 having a combined frontage on Central
Street of seventy (70) feet, more or less, and a combined frontage
on alley of one hundred (100) feet, and having a depth of two
hundred sixty-five (265) feet, more or less, on the North and a
depth of two hundred five (205) feet, more or less, on the South.
BEING improved with a one story ranch dwelling.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Mildred Hassinger, by deed
dated April 30, 1979, and recorded in Cumberland County need Book
28 "K" 195.
