posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all former wills and codicils by me at. any t.1me hereto-
fore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debt.s and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as
convenient.ly may be done after my death.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever sit.uat.ed, in equal shares unto my t.hree (3) children,
namely, MARY KUMLER MATTIS, JUNE KUMLER JOHNSON and FRANCIS R.
KUMLER, share and share alike.
LASTLY. I nominate, consti t.ut.e and appoint. my son, FRANCIS
R. KUMLER, t.o be t.he Execut.or of this, my Last Will and Testament,

INFORMATION
This document is the Notice required to be given under Section 709 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act
of 1961 (72 P.S, section 24B5),
If the tax is paid within three (3) months aller the decedent's death, il discount of 5% of the tlX paid is .!lowed.
Inheritance Tax becomes delinQuent nine (9) months after the decedent's death. Interest is charged at the
rate of six (6) percent per annum on the amount at unpaid tax. (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)
