LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ~IYRTLE MAY FRITZ
I, MYRTLE MAY FRITZ, of silver spring Township, Cumberland
county, pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last will
and Testament, in manner and form following:
1. I hereby expressly revoke all wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
2. I hereby direct my Executrix to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administration expenses out of my estate, as soon as
practicable after my death.
3. I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
($300.00) to paxtang Cemetery Association, In Trust, for the
placement of flowers for the graves on Lot No. 175A in Prospect
Lawn in the name of Michael A. Fritz, on Easter, ~Iemorial Day and
Christmas annually.
4. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate to my
stepdaughter, Mary Louise zigner.
5. I nominate and appoint my stepdaughter, Mary Louise
zigner, as Executrix of this my Last will and Testament: and I
direct that she shall serve without the necessity of filing bond
or security in any jurisdiction.
