vania, deolare this to be my I.ast Will and Testament and hereby
revoke all prior Wills and Codioils heretofore made by me.
1. I hereby appoint Andrew B. Kramer
to serve as execut;or of my estate. If Andrew B. Kramer
should be unable or unwilling to act as executor, I hereby appoint
Ine United Penn Bank of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
to serve as executor hereunder.
2. The fiduciaries herein named shall not be required to
post bond or other seourity for the faithful performance of
their duties.
3. I direct that all estate, inheritance, transfer, legacy
and succession taxes that may be assessed or imposed in
consequenoe of my death, of whatsoever nature and by whatso-
ever jurisdiotion assessed or imposed, shall be paid out of
the principal of my general estate to the same effect and in
the same manner as if said taxes were expenses ot administration'.
and all property includible in my taxable estate, whether or
not passing under this Will, shall be free and clear therot.
4. I hereby give and bequeath all of my furniture, clothing,
ornaments, Jewelry, pictures, statuary, works ot art, silver,
plate, bric-a-brac, tapestry, household goods and supplies,
bookS, linen, china, glass, and all implements, tools and plants
that may be in or upon my home at the time ot my death, and all

to my daughter, Camtlle Broskt Kramer. If she predeoeases me,

6. No tnterest, whether tn tncome or prtnc1pal, of any
benef1ctary of my estate shall be subject to ant1ctpation,
pledge, asstgnment, sale or transfer 1n any manner; nor shall
any suoh benef~ctary have any power in any manner to charge or
encumber hts interest, whether 1n income or principal; nor..allall
the:'1nterest, whether in tncome or prtncipal, of any such
benefictary be liable or subject tn any manner while 1n the pos-
session of my executor or a trustee or guardian for any liabtl-
1t\.es of such beneftc1ary, whether such l1abil1ttes arise from

7. In the admtnistratton of my estate, my f1duo1aries
shall have the following powers, in add1tion to suoh powers as
they may have by lawl
(a) To 1nvest any funds of my estate 1n any stocks, bonds,
notes or other seourtttes or property, real or per-
sonal, notwtthstandtng that such investments may not
be of a character allowed to ftduc1artes by statute
or general rules of law.

This document is the NOlice required to be given under Section 709 of the Inheritance and Estlte 1 ax Act
of 196 I (72 P.S. section 24851.
If the tax is paid within three (3) months after the decedent's deith, a discount of 5% of the tax paid is allowed,
Inheritance Tax becomes delinquent nine (9) months after the decedent's death. Interest is charged at the
rate of six (6) percent per annum on the amount of unpaid tax, (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)
EXAMPLE: If a bal.rlnce of tlX due of $2.000,00 is in a delinquent status from 3-3-80. and payment is made
