the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for

Said real estate was sold on the 24th day
of June 1982, sUQject to terms of an Agree-
ment of Sale by and between JOHN R. HAIR and
ORVILLE SHUGHART, Executors herein of the
Estate of Rena Hair, Seller., and LARRY L.
SHAULIS and ELIZABETH SHAULIS, his wife, of
R,D, 1, Box 187, Dillsburg, York County,
Pennsylvania, Purchasers, ror the sum of.
Twenty-seven Thouslnd and 00/100 ($27,000,,00)
Dollars,
Under terms of aforesa id agreem\lnt, the
Purchasers have made down payments in the
amoUnt of Two 'Thousand Five 'Hundred and 00/100
($2,500,00) Dollars on June 2/" 1982, and
One Thousand and 00/100, ($1,000,00) Dollars
on July 24, 1982. The balance of the purchase
price, TWenty-thr~e Thousand Five Hundred and
00/100 ($23~500,OO), shall be paid according
to the following schedule,
Commencing August 16, 1982, and on the 16th
day of each mon th thereafter, the sum of
Two Hundred and 00/100 ($200,00) Dollars shall
be paid, and shall be payable on the same day
of each month thereafter, which sum shall first
be applied on account of interest on the unpaid
balance at the rate of Nine Per Cent (9%) per
annum, and the remainder, shall be appli~d on
account of reduction of the principal, On or
before cwo (2) years from the date of this
Agreement, the principal balance and accrued
int$rest may be paid at any time by the,Pur~
chasers, and they shall be entitled to receive
