andunderst~nd1ng, dO hsreby make, publish And declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all W111s by me heretofore made,
FIRSTI I d1rect that my here1nafter named Executor pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses and that all State and Federal Inheritance Taxes be pa1d
out of my Eatate.
SECOND: I g1ve, dev1se, and bequeath all my property to my three ch1ldren,

Gilbert Fry, W1l11am Fry and Em1ly Stoner, to be divided equilly, share and
share alike.
The proceeds of the purchase of my real property at 22 West Locust
Street, in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, being purchased by
Russell A. Fry, should likewise be divided among my ch1ldren. ,

THIRD; In case any of mY ch1ldren shall die befors my death, leav1ng

ch1ldren to surv1ve, I direct that the bequesh to my children be pa1d ,to tne
respecti ve grandch1ldren. In the event that any of my grandchildrlen shall be
under age, I dirrt,ct that any bequosts to whiqh they may be entttled shall be
pa1d to the surviving parent of such ch1ld for use of the ch1ld.,
FOURTHI I direct,that my here1nafter named executor or any substitute
administrator convey the aforementioned East pennsboro TownShip ~roperty ,to
Russell A. r-ry, upon full payment of the total cons1deration, as prov1ded in
the Agreement of Sale.
FIFTH: I hereby nom1nate, constitute, and appoint Gilbert Fry, as the
Executor of 1111,; IllY Last W1l1 and Testament, to serve without bond and to
empower h1m to convey real 'estate and grant a 'good 'deed of conveyance therefor.
