In Re: Estate of WILMA C. BROWN
Date of Death: 1/24/06
Lost or Misplaced Will

Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
In support of the enclosed Petition to Probate Copy
of Lost or Misplaced Will of Wilma C. Brown, I have addressed
all of the jurisdictional requirements concerning the same
and followed your outline as set forth in Rule 4.5 of the Pa.
Fiduciary Guide that was sent to me.
Inviting any presumption of revocation, the Verifica-
tion of Charles Lorenz, who held her Power of Attorney and
grandson and resided in her home, together with the Affidavit
of her daughter, Debbie Lorenz which is attached hereto, establish
after diligent search, that someone other than the Testatrix
misplaced the original Will~ and at the time of the decedent
entered the Kinkora Pythian Nursing Home, she did not have access
to it. An additional statement made by the decedent, subsequent
to the Will before the time of her death, making reference to the
continuing existence of the Will, which is attached hereto.
Due to this strong evidence, we respectfully request,
because there is an urgency to fill gaps in the administration
of this Estate to complete the formal steps to obtain Letters
Testamentary, that Caroline J. Kerr, wife of the scrivener and
was the Notary on October 5, 1999, who notarized the signature
of the decedent as well as both witnesses and is familiar with
the signature of the decedent, appear at your office, together
with with Teresa J. Mee, a subscribing witness, both clearly
attest to Mrs. Brown's testamentary capacity. Marion E. Moyer,
the other subscribing witness is subsequently deceased.

Lastly, from our preliminary review of information
available, it appears there are substantial assets, in excess of
of $200,000 that are not accounted for and in order to protect
the interest of the Estate, it is necessary that Letters be
approved for the administration of the Estate, as there is also
real estate involved in which no bills are being paid and other
related matters.
Thanking you in advance, I am
