Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Jody L. Bitner, 80 Alters Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1142 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 20, 2006.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey
to the said Grantee, her heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Township of North Middleto~ County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the middle of the concrete road between Carlisle and
Newville; thence South 2CYl feet along land now or late of Edward R Lay to an iron pin
in the northern line of a sixteen foot alley; thence at right angles along said alley, West
50 feet to an iron pin; thence at right ang1es along land now or late of Edward R Lay,
North 207 feet to a point in the middle of the aforesaid concrete road; thence along the
middle of the said road, East 50 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which James L. Graver and Arlene R Graver, by Deed dated
November 30, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 249, Page 4009, granted and
conveyed unto Benjamin F. Bitner and Jody L. Bitner, Grantors herein.
THIS IS A TRANSFER OF PROPERTY BE1WEEN HUSBAND AND WIFE AND IS
THEREFORE TAX EXEMPT.
AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant spedally the
property hereby conveyed.
