BOYER, Defendants JN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS :CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA :MLD - - 2007 - l 3 OF MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed are Paul R. Boyer and Margaret M. Boyer of 1150 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 1150 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of $4,700.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 21, 2006. Clements, now known as Audra L Royer, husband and wife, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, GRANTORS, AND Paul R. Boyer and Margaret M. Boyer, husband and wife, of Plainfield, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, GRANTEES, WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Ninety-seven Thousand and 00/100 ($97,000.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors hereby grant and convey in fee simple to the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: FRONTING 65 feet on Newvllle Road and being 10 feet of the western part of Lot No. 3 and 55 feet of Lot No. 4 (All of Lot No. 4) as shown on Plan of Lots known as Westminster Manor. Said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book No. 3, page 67. The said tract extending in depth the distance shown on said Plan of Lots. BEING the same property which Nancy A. Davis, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Anna Mae Finkenbinder, by deed dated September 18, 1992, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 35-X, Page 108, granted and conveyed unto Robert Scott Royer and Audra L. Clements, now known as Audra L. Royer, the grantors herein. AND the Grantors hereby warrant specially the property herein conveyed.
