North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed are Roy A. Lindstrom and Kimberly J. Lindstrom of 1172 Newville
Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1172 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 21, 2006.

ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Township of North Middleton, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of Pennsylvania State Highway No. 641
leading from Carlisle to Newville, which point is 1S feet West of the western
line of Lot No. 16 on the hereinafter-mentioned Plan of Lots; thence Southwardly by
a line parallel with the western line of said Lot No. 16, a distance of 182 feet
to
along a point in the northern line of an alley 16 feet in width; thence Westwardly
East of the western lline of Lot No. 19 on distance

HAVING thereon erected a ranch type dwelling house and two-car garage, and known
as No. 1172 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING composed of the western 40 feet of Lot No. 17, all of Lot No. 18, and the
eastern 45 feet of Lot No. 19 on that certain Plan of Lots laid out and adopted
by Thomas A. Shearer, and known as "Westminster Manor," said Plan being recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorders Office in Plan Book No. 3, Page 67.
BEING the same premises which Reynolds w. Glunt and Mary Glunt, husband and Wife,
by their Deed dated December 28, 1967, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "P," Volume 22, page 862,
granted and conveyed unto Alonzo B. McKillip and Margaret A. McKillip, His h'ife,
Grantors herein. The said Margaret A. McKillip duly constituted her daughter,
Marilyn A. Dickson , as Attorney-in-Fact by Power of Attorney dated August 15,
1985 and recorded in the Office aforesaid in Miscellaneous Book 336, page 560, thus
granting the said Marilyn A. Dickson full power and authority to execute this Deed
on her behalf.
