LINDSTROM, Defendants :IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS :CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA :MLD - - 2007 - /-3 /v MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against which this claim is filed are Roy A. Lindstrom and Kimberly J. Lindstrom of 1172 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 1172 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. r 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of $4,700.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 21, 2006. Shearer, and known as "Westminster Manor," said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorders Office in Plan Book No. 3, Page 67. BEING the same premises which Reynolds w. Glunt and Mary Glunt, husband and Wife, by their Deed dated December 28, 1967, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "P," Volume 22, page 862, granted and conveyed unto Alonzo B. McKillip and Margaret A. McKillip, His h'ife, Grantors herein. The said Margaret A. McKillip duly constituted her daughter, Marilyn A. Dickson , as Attorney-in-Fact by Power of Attorney dated August 15, 1985 and recorded in the Office aforesaid in Miscellaneous Book 336, page 560, thus granting the said Marilyn A.
