North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Andrew N. Gaul, 1174 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1174 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 20, 2006.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the one hundred nineteen thousand, nin,
hundred ($119,900.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereb
acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the sai
Grantee, his heirs and assigns in fee simple:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the improvements thereon erecte
situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of State Highway Route No. 641 an
at the corner of land now or formerly of Creedin F. Comman and wife; thenc
Southwardly 182 feet to the northern side of a 20 foot wide alley; thenc
Westwardly 65 feet to the eastern side of a 16 foot alley; thence Northwardly 18
feet to the State Highway aforesaid; thence Eastwardly 65 feet to the place c
BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known and numbered as 1174 Newvill
Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING Lot No. 20, and the western 10 feet of Lot No. 19, of the Plan of Lot
known as Westminster Manor, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder c
Deeds for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 3, Page 67.

EXHIBIT "A"
BEING the same premises, which Matthew E. Coover and Danielle M. Coover,
husband and wife, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, by their Deed dated February 15,
2005, and recorded February 22, 2005, in the Office aforesaid, in Deed Book
267, Page 3105, granted and conveyed onto Virginia Adams, single individual,
Grantor herein.
AND the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that it will warrant specially
the property hereby conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set her hand and seal the
day and year first above written.
