Rodriguez of 1100 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 1150 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. w 5 The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of $8,000.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 20, 2006. South 83 degrees 50 feet West 106.28 feet to a point; thence North 06 degrees 10 minutes West 6.28 feet; thence South 83 degrees 50 minutes West 135.64 feet to Lot No. 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan about to be conveyed to David C. Lebo; thence along Lot No. 2 North 01 degrees 29 minutes 29 seconds East 45.40 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along land of David C. Lebo North 03 degrees 00 minutes East 207.30 feet to the Newville Road and place of Beginning. The description is according to a survey by Larry V. Neidlinger, R.S. #SU-1112-A, dated March 19, 1999, being Lot 1, recorded in Plan Book 79, page B. CONSISTING of 1.2013 acres and being improved with a 2 1/2 story dwelling and a one story commercial building. CO BEING known as 1100 Newville Road, Carlisle, PA.
