MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy &
Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described
and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed `is Timothy A. Myers of 429 West Penn Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1114 Karen Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $4,700.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 20, 2006.

WnMSSETS, that in consideration of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND- - - - - ($45,000.00)
DOLLARS, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do
hereby grant and convey to the said grantee, his heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with improvements thereon erected situate in
North Middletown Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described in accordance with a Plan of E. R. Lay by Carter & Greenawalt
Engineers, Hagerstown, MD, dated September 2, 1930, with area calculation by Noel B.
Smith, R. S., dated May 3, 1972, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeast side of a 16 foot wide alley, which point is
257 feet south of P.A. Route 641; thence along the west side of another 16 foot alley, South
3 degrees West, 81.24 feet to a point on line of land now or formerly of the Penn Central
Railroad; thence along land of the same, South 83 degrees 44 minutes 46 seconds West,
468.07 feet to a point at line of land now or formerly of Cloyd C. Myers, et ux; thence along

land of Cloyd C. Myers, et ux, North 3 degrees East, 156.48 feet to a point on the south side
of a 16 foot wide alley; thence along the South side of said alley, South 87 degrees East, 462
feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 54,908 square feet.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to restrictions of prior record.
BEING the same premises which Michele Renee Pass, an adult individual, and
Michele Renee Pass, Executrix of the Estate of Terry Scott Pass, by Deed dated November
29, 1994 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book 117 page 808, granted and
conveyed unto Lester A. Myers and Joanne Myers, husband and wife, Grantors herein.
ALSO BEING the same premises which Lester A. Myers and Joanne K. Myers
agreed to sell to Timothy A. Myers under an Installment Sale Agreement dated July 30,
2003 and recorded in Cumberland County Miscellaneous Book 720, Page 1881.
This transfer is wholly exempt from Realty Transfer Tax because it is a transfer from
parents to son.
The said grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
