Newman. The address of the subject property is: 10 Green Meadow Drive Carlisle, P A 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is tiled is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for sewage usage service in the amount of $225.16. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from February 27, 2003 and costs of filing are also claimed.
