Mumper Construction, Inc. Contractor STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, Michael L. Pechart and Tanya E. Pechart, Owner(s), have executed contemporaneously herewith, a contract with J.W. Mumper Construction, Inc. for the construction of an single family dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, /~ ]2, (~/h)/ ~b ,2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, an efore any authority has been given by the said Owner(s) to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the contract with Owner(s) and the further consideration of One Dollar, to the Contractor, paid by the Owner(s), it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building or real estate by the contractor, or any sub-contractor nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection, construction and renovation of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
