WHEREAS, Walter D. Sunday died on March 14,2005, leaving his Last Will and
Testament dated August 26,2004, wherein and whereby he gave, devised and bequeathed the
sum of$250,000.00 to each of his children, Darrell F. Sunday, Douglas D. Sunday and
Deborah A. Mills, and the residue of his estate to his wife, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, provided
she survived him;

AND WHEREAS, he further provided that in the event his wife predeceased him he
gave, devised and bequeathed his entire estate unto his aforenamed children in equal shares;
AND WHEREAS, his wife survived the testator and therefore the entire Residuary
Estate is distributable to his surviving wife, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, absolutely.
NOW KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Darrell F. Sunday,
Douglas D. Sunday and Deborah A. Mills, the pecuniary legatees, and Gwendolyn D. Sunday
the sole Residuary legatee, devisee, and distributee ofthe Estate of said decedent, and the only
persons entitled to share in the distribution of said Estate, do hereby declare and say that we,
and each of us, have examined the foregoing Account and Schedule of Distribution and find
the same to be true and correct and in strict accordance with the terms and provisions of said
Will, and do hereby acknowledge that we, and each of us, have had and received of and from
Gwendolyn D. Sunday, Personal Representative ofthe Estate of Waiter D. Sunday the stock,
personal property and cash set opposite our names in the above stated Account as
Advancements and in the Schedule of Distribution, in full satisfaction, payment and discharge
of all such sum or sums of money, legacies and bequests, share or shares, purparts and
dividends which were due, owing, payable and belonging to us, by any means whatsoever, for
or on account of our full share, part or dividend ofthe Estate ofthe said decedent and all
interest accrued thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, we, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, Darrell F. Sunday, Douglas D.
Sunday and Deborah A. Mills, all ofthe legatees, devisees and distributees of the Estate of
Waiter D. Sunday, deceased, do by these presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever
discharge the said Gwendolyn D. Sunday, her heirs, executors and administrators, of and from
said shares or dividends of said Estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other
act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day and date of
these said presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense ofthe settlement of the said Estate by
filing the foregoing Account of said administration in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans'
Court of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and by having the
balance in the hands ofthe Executrix, as shown by said Account, distributed by an auditor
appointed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County, we, and each of us, do hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the
manner of settlement may be recorded with the same effect upon us as if the same had been
reported by the said Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division.
AND, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made without the aid of said
Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, that we, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, Darrell F.
Sunday, Douglas D. Sunday and Deborah A. Mills, and each of us, do hereby agree that if any
debts or demands other than those included within The First and Final Account of the said
Gwendolyn D. Sunday, Executrix of the Estate of Walter D. Sunday, deceased, as hereinbefore
set forth, shall be hereafter recovered against the Estate of said decedent and be legally payable
out of the same, that we, and each of us, Gwendolyn D. Sunday, Darrell F. Sunday, Douglas D.
