Rinehart died on July 1, 2005, leaving her Last Will and Testament dated July 9, 1996, wherein and whereby she gave, devised and bequeathed all of her Estate after the payment of her just debts and funeral expenses unto her daughters, Barbara L. Warner, and Sandra K. Bricker, providing they survived the Testatrix; AND WHEREAS, she further provided that in the event either of her daughters predeceased her she gave, devised and bequeathed the share said deceased daughter would have taken had she survived the Testatrix unto her deceased daughter's children in equal shares; AND WHEREAS, her daughters survived the Testatrix, and therefore the entire Estate is distributable to her daughters, Barbara L. Warner and Sandra K. Bricker, in equal shares. NOW KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Barbara L. Warner and Sandra K. Bricker, sole legatees, devisees and distributees of the Estate of said decedent, and the only persons entitled to share in the distribution of said Estate, do hereby declare and say that we, and each of us, have examined the foregoing Account and Schedule of Distribution and find the same to be true and correct and in strict accordance with the terms and provisions of said Will, and do hereby acknowledge that we, and each of us, this day have had and received of and from Barbara L. Warner, Personal Representative of the Estate of Irene E. Rinehart the stock and cash set opposite our names in the above stated Schedule of Distribution, in full satisfaction, payment and discharge of all such sum or .' sums of money, legacies and bequests, share or shares, purparts and dividends which were due, owing payable and belonging us, by any means whatsoever, for or on account of our full share, part or dividend of the Estate of the said decedent and all interest accrued thereon. NOW THEREFORE, we, Barbara L. Warner and Sandra K. Bricker, the sole legatees, devisees and distributees of the Estate of Irene E. Rinehart, deceased, do by these presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Barbara L. Warner, her heirs, executors and administrators, of and from said shares or dividends of said Estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning ofthe world to the day and date of these said presents. AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense of the settlement of the said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said administration in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and by having the balance in the hands of the Executrix, as shown by said Account, distributed by an auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, we, and each of us, do hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the manner of settlement may be recorded with the same effect upon me as if the same had been reported by the said Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division. AND, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made without the aid of said Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, that we, Barbara L. Warner and Sandra K. Bricker, do hereby agree that if any debts or demands other than those included within The First and Final Account of the said Barbara L. Warner, Executrix of the Estate of Irene E. Rinehart, deceased, as hereinbefore set forth, shall be hereafter recovered against the Estate of said decedent and be legally payable out of the same, that we, and each of us, Barbara L. Warner and Sandra K.
