WHEREAS, PATRICK T. MORAN and SUSAN H. MORAN of 301 Chestnut Street, Apt. 1714, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with HAUBERT HOMES, INC. of 15
Central Blvd., Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building upon premises commonly known as 1505
INVERNESS DRIVE, Township HAMPDEN, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated
~-cbt~o~_ ~, ~, recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND
County,~ Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, February 28, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAEN tract or parcel of land being situate in Flampden Township, Cumberland County,
Permsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to ,,,,,it;
BEGINNING at a pohxt on the western right-of-way li~e of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point
being on the southeastern comer of Lot No. 81; T]fl~NCE along said right-of-way line along a curve lo the
left having a radius of 375.00 feet and an arc length of 75.13 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of
South 23 degrees 49 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 75.00 feet to a point, said point being the
northeastern comer of Lot No. 79; TEllgNCE along the northern line of said lot North 71 degrees 54 minutes
56.seconds West a distance of 115.30 feet to.a point, said point being on the eastern line of Lot No, 103;

feet to a point, said point being'the south most comer of Lot No. 102; THENCE along the eastern line of

western most comer of Lot No. 81; THENCE along the southern line of said lot South 60 degrees 26
minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 111.75 feet to a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
