Vehicle Registration BLL-62?? and Vehicle Identification Number

7. At the aforementioned time and place, Diane Finley was

stopped in traffic when Defendant struck the Mazda in the rear.
8. Due solely to the negligence of Defendant, the vehicle
owned by Plaintiff sustained damage in the amount hereinafter
set forth and Plaintiff incurred expenses as hereinafter set
forth.
9. The negligence, carelessness and recklessness of the
Defendant consisted of the following:
a. Failing to keep a proper lookout for other
vehicles;
b. Failing to be attentive;
c. Failing to operate his vehicle under proper and
adequate control;
d. Failing to stop his vehicle before striking the
Plaintiff's vehicle;
e. Driving at an unreasonable given the circumstances.
10. As a direct result of the aforesaid negligence of the
Defendant, Plaintiff's vehicle was damaged beyond reasonable

repair. The value of the vehicle at the time of the accident
was $7,666.45.
A written valuation marked as Exhibit "A"

Plaintiff's complaint:
