1. Plaintiff is
BECKY H. MORGENTHAL, who resides at
2 Eastwick Lane, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Plaintiffrs social security number is #188-40-0788.
2. Defendant is ROGER M. MORGENTAHL, whose mailing
address is 1311 Windsor Court, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. Defendantrs social security number #202-36-9269.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the
Conunonwealth
for at least six months immediately previous
to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on August
12, 1972 in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
5. There has been no prior action for divorce or
for annulment between the parties.
6. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Forces.
7. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
8. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
marriage counseling and that she may have
the right to
request the Court to require the parties to participate in
such counseling.
Being so advised,
Plaintiff does not
request that the Court require the parties to participate in
