Since the late summer of 1994, the defendant has repeatedly and forcefully hit, pushed and shoved the plaintiff, harassed her, spit water and ice into her face and forced her to perform unwanted sexual acts, On one occasion in 1997 the defendant threatened to beat the living hell out of the plaintiff, 9. However, this Order shall lapse automatically if the Plaintiff does not file a complaint for support with the Court within fifteen days of the date of this Order.
