COMPLAINT
I. The plaintiff is Montgomery Ward Credit Corporation, a duly organized and existing business
corporation with place of business located at 880 Grier Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. The defendant is Carrie M. Bowmaster, an adult individual who resides at 421 Factory Streer,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Pursuant to the application and request for credit by defendant to plaintiff, plaintiff agreed to
extend to defendant the use of irs credit facilities so defendant could purchase goods and merchandise on
credit and issued to defendant a credit card for said purpose.
4. The defendant by accepting said credit card and using the same for the purchase of goods and
merchandise, agreed to pay plaintiff for said purchases upon rendition of a statement by plaintiff to defendant
in accordance with said statement.
5. The defendant utilized said credit card by making purchases of goods and merchandise, the balance
due plaintiff for the same including accrued services charges being $2,188.91.
6. Despite repeated demands by plaintiff upon defendant to pay plaintiff the aforesaid sum, the
defendant has failed and refused 10 pay all or any part Ihereof with further accruing service charges.
WHEREFORE plaintiff demands judgment against defendant in the sum of $2,188.91, together with
accrued service charges to the date of judgment and the costs of Ihi~actio.!1.
