AND NOW comes the above named Plaintiff; Martin Dako, by and through his/her
allorneys, Jerry A. Weigle, Esquire, Mark, Weigle and Perkins, and seeks to obtain a Decree in
Divorce from the above-named Defendant, Martha S. Dako, upon the grounds hereinaller more
fully set forth:
I. Plaintiff, Martin Dako, is a sui juris adult individual residing at 204 High Street,
Shippensburg,Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since January, 1997.
2, Defendant, Martha Dako, is a sui juris adult individual residing at 339 Chart ridge
Drive,Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland since February, 1994.
3. The Plaintiff and the defendant arc nationals and citizens of the United States of America.
Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for at least
six (6) months previous to the filing of this Complaint in Divorce.
4. The Defendant resides in the County of Washington, Commonwealth of Maryland,
where she has resided for a period in excess of six (6) months.
5, The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on December 24, 1988 in Hagerstown,
Washington County,Maryland.
6. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties in this
or any other jurisdiction.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the
right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling.
8, The marriage is irretrievably broken.
9. The parties have lived separate and apart since February, I 995.
10. The Plaintiff requests the court to enter a decree of divorce .
