(hereinafter "Plaintiff'), a Pennsylvania corporation, with a place of business located in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendants are BIG BAGEL HOLDING CO., INC. d/b/a BBH - PENNSYLVANIA, [NC. d/b/a BIG BAGEL HOLDINGS - PENNSYLVANIA, INC. d/b/a BBH PA CO., INC. d/b/a BRUEGGER'S BAGEL BAKERY, and having places of business at 32nd and Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011,585 Mosley Road, Fairport, New York 14450,344- 346 Manida Street, Bronx, New York 10474, 1325 Wood Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604, and 1201 Roberts Blvd., Ste. 204, Kennesaw, Georgia 30[44. 3. Defcndants consist of one enterprise and havc conducted business undcr a lease agreement with Plaintiff interchangeably. 4. On or about April 18, 1996, Defendant(s) entered into a written Agreement with Plaintiffs for the lease of commercial vehicles for specified term~ as dctermined by attached schedules incorporated therein. A copy of this Agreement is attached hereto as "Exhibit A". 5. Judgment is not beinj! entcred against a natural person in connection with a consumer credit transaction. 12. Contrary to the terms and provisions of the Agrcement, Defendant(s) breached the Agreement by failing to make monthly lease installment payments as required by the Agreement and are, therefore, in default. 13. On or about January 2X, IlJlJX, Plaintiff, as a result of the continuing default, forwarded to Defendant(s) a Notice of Default. A copy of the Notice of Default is attached hereto as "Exhibit D". 14. On or about May 12, IlJlJX, Defendants abandoned the vehicles at Plaintiff's place of business prior to the Agreement termination date(s) and discontinued making all payments under the Agreement. 15.
