BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Cobblestone Drive (50 feet wide
right-of-right) at the southwestern corner of Lot No. 15 as shown on the above-described
Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No. 15. South 75 degrees 4 minutes 27 seconds East. 192.00
feet to a point; thence South 5 degrees 00 minutes 48 seconds East. 180.60 feel to a point at corner
