ON the East by the center line private right-of-way 50 feet wide; on the South by
Lot No. 28 on the hereinafter mentioned PIan of Lots; on the West by private right-of-way
30 feet wide; and on the North by Lot No. 31 on said Plan of Lots; having a frontage of 100
feet on said private right-of-way 50 feet side, and extending 225 feet in depth to said privat,
right-of-way 30 feet wide.
BEING Lots Nos. 29 and 30 on Plan No.l of Bungalow Sites as recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 3, page 37. And being one-half of
50 feet private right-of-way measuring 25 feet wide a distance of 100 feet which was vacated
by the Township of Hampden.
BEING the same premises which Russell L. McDonel and Kathalene S. McDonel, his wife, by
their deed dated August 4 1998 and about to be recorded herewith in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto
Katko, Inc., Mortgagor herein.
