ORDER OF' COURT
AND NOW, this 30th day of October, 2001, in the case
of Hollenbaugh versus Star Enterprises at No. 98-4497 Civil Term,
and Plaintiffs' counsel, Marcus A. McKnight III, Esquire, having
appeared in court and requested that the case remain open for a
period of 6 months for purposes of resolving or withdrawing it,
and there being no objection to such action presented in court,
the case is stricken from the purge list for a period of 6 months
conditioned upon docket activity occurring within that period. In
the event that no such activity occurs, it shall be deemed
automatically dismissed and purged without further order of court.
