I. Plaintiff is Dennis A. Rupp. an adult individual currenlly residing at 29 Watson
Drive, Carlisle. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Tracy L. Rupp. an adult individual currently residing at 47 Winchester
Gardens, Carlisle. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. PlaintifTseeks custody oflhe child, Dennis J. Rupp. who was born on August 4, 1996.
The child was not born out of wedlock. Since the child's birth, the child has resided with the
following persons at the following addresses for the following periods of time:
Since his birth. the child resided with the parties at the marital residence, along with
his half-brother. Defendant left the marital residence on July 20.1998 and moved
to 5 Cooper Circle. Carlisle, to reside with her parents, Jim and Pearl McGough, and
took the child with her. On or about July 29, 1998, Defendant moved 10 the above
address. Plaintiff had asked that she leave the child with him when she left, but she
refused.
4. The relationship ofthe PlaintifTto the child is that of father. He is married and living
separately. The Plaintiff currently resides with the following:

requests temporary custody.
