WHEREAS, the parties hereto are Jennifer L. Miller ("Mother") and Barry
L. Shoff ("Father"),
WHEREAS, both parties are the parents of Aliesha Nichole Shoff, born
November 17,1996,
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to the following terms which shall
control and bind all parties:
1. All provisions of this Court's Order dated March 5, 2001, at Docket No.
98-3861/98-5054 are to be in full force and effect with the following
modifications:
a. Father shall no longer have custody of Child every other weekend,
commencing Friday moming at 7:00 a.m. until Sunday evening at
5:30 p.m.
b. Father shall have custody of Child every other Saturday from 8:00
a.m. until 5:30 p,m.
c. If for any reason Father believes he will be unable to supervise Child
for a prolonged period during his custodial time, he shall notify Mother

and allow her to exercise her right to pick up Child at Father's
residence.
d. Father shall no longer be entitled to a total of three (3) non-
consecutive weeks of vacation with Child.
e. Father shall be entitled to one (1) week of vacation with Child.
f. Both parties are aware that Linda Mellinger is no longer Child's day
care provider.
