ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania more particularly bounded and described as follow to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Pagoda Court, Cul-De-Sac (100 feet wide) at the dividing line between lots
#24 and #25 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the right-of-way line of Pagoda Court Cul-De-Sac by a curve,
curving to the left in a northwesterly direction having a radius of 50.00 feet and an arc length of 66.29 feet to a point at the dividing
line between lots #25 and #26; thence along the dividing line between lots #25 and #26 North 04 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 94.30 feet to a point on the southern line of lot #33, Plan #3 of Treemont; thence along the southern line of lots #33 and
#32 of Plan #3 of Treemont North 80 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 115.00 feet to a point on the western line of

recorded June 30, 1998 by the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 180, Page 263, granted and conveyed
unto Logan's Run Associates, a Pennsylvania General Partnership comprised of Logan's Run Corporation, a Pennsylvania Business
Corporation, a Haubert Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation GRANTORS herein. The said Logan's Run Corporation, a
Pennsylvania Business Corporation has assigned interest in the Partnership of Logan's Run Associates, a Pennsylvania General
Partnership to Fogarty Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation by bill of sale dated August 23, 2000.
