MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against David Sheibley and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 65-67 West
North Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 65-67 West North Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 310.00,
together with court filing costs and interest sec. m from July 15, 2002, the date
of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 65-67 West North
Street in Carlisle, PA 17013 on November 8, 2002. The said services were provided by
the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article
XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section
1801 et. seq., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter
120, and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS AND 00/100 ($22,500.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby aCknowledged, the said grantor does hereby grant
and convey to the said grantee, his heirs and assigns,
ALL that certain tract of ground, with building erected thereon,
situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 65-67 West North Street bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning in the South by West North Street; on the East by lot
formerly of the heirs of Sarah Black, deceased, now or formerly or
George Ogilby; on the North by an alley; on the West by lot
formerly of Lewis Butcher, now or formerly of Annie R. Lehman.
CONTAINING 24 feet in front of said West North Street and extending
in depth 112 feet, more or less. Being the property known as 65-67
West North Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same property conveyed to Eric C. Weller by Deed of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dated November 8, 1991 and recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Deed Book 35J,
Page 714. Being the same property that was also conveyed by the
said Eric C. Weller, Grantor herein, by installment agreement of
sale to David Sheibley, Grantee herein, and Arthur Thompson. The
said Arthur Thompson transferring his interest in the mentioned
real estate to Grantee David Sheibley by agreement dated March 22,
1994, a copy which is attached to this deed.
AND the said Grantor does hereby warrant specially the . property hereby
conveyed.
