MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Francesca Snyder and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 138 West
North Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 138 West North Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $178.00,
together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from July 15, 2002, the date
of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 138 West North Street
in Carlisle, PA 17013 on November 8, 2002. The said services were provided by the
Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII
of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801
et. seq., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120,
and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

Borough of Carlisle in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly described as follows:
ON the North by North Street, on the East by Lot now or formerly of Mrs. Clarence M.
Liggett, on the South by an alley and on thc West by Lot now or formerly of Clarence
Comp. CONTAINING in f~ont on said North SLeet 15 feet and extending in depth to said
alley 110 feet. BEING known as !:38 West North Street.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Richard A. Coon and Elizabeth K. Coon, by de~d
dated June 3, 1994, and reeorded in Ihe Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland Counly,
Pennsylvania, on June 8, 1994, in Book 106, Page 724, granted and conveyed unto Randall
C. Hassinger and Margaret E. Hassinger, his wife.
