MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Christopher S. and Sally W. Ritter and all that certain lot or piece of ground
situated in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as
734 North West Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description
attached. )
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 734 North West Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 505.25,
together with court filing costs and interest sec. ~ from September 15, 2002,
the date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 734 North West Street
in Carlisle, PA 17013 on February 12, 2003. The said services were provided by the
Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII
of the Borough Code, Act of February 1,1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801
et. sea., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et sea., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120,
and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

WITNESS, That said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
($79,900.00) DOLLARS, lawfrrl money of the United States of
America, well and truly paid by the said party of the second part
to the said party of the first part, at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,

Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
ON the East by 60-feet wide North West Street; on
the North by land formerly of William Gates and now or
formerly of Walter N. Bond, II, and wife, and of
Michael Kitner; on the West by Factory Street; and on
the South by land now or formerly of Russel Sutton, and
containing in front along the western line of 60-feet
wide North West Street a frontage of 75 feet and
extending westwardly therefrom at an even width a
distance of 210 feet to the eastern line of Factory
Street.

Lots Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of Block No. 18 as laid out and
shown on the Plan of Lots adopted by Carlisle Land and
Improvement Company and recorded in the hereinafter
named Recorder's Office in Miscellaneous Record Book
11, Page 572, on which 'there' is erected a two-story
brick semi-detached dwelling house known as and
numbered 734 North West street.
BEING the same premises which Harold F. Lau,
widower, by his Deed dated June 26, 1985 and recorded
on June 27, 1985, in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Deed Book "L", Volume 31, Page 371,
granted and conveyed unto Timothy J. Brobst and Donna
L. Ciecierski, now by virtue of marriage, Donna L.
Brobst, husband and wife, Grantors herein.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to such easements, restrictions and
conditions that may apply to the afore-described tract of land,
recorded or unrecorded.

TOGETHER with all and singular tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any way appertaining,
and the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof; AND ALSO all the estate, rights,
title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, both in
law and equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in, to
or out of the said premises, and every part and parcel thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with all and singular
the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, their
heirs or assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of
said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
AND the said party of the first part, their heirs and
assigns, do by these presents, covenant, grant and agree to and
with the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that the said party of the first part, their heirs and assigns,
all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above
described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, their
heirs or assigns, against the said party of the first part and
their heirs and assigns, and against all and every other person
or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or
any part thereof, by, from or under him, her, them or any of
them, shall and will, subject to aforesaid SPECIALLY WARRANT and
DEFEND.
