AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire and Jennifer B. Hipp,
Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against MICHAEL
D. REGEL and HEIDI M. REGEL, husband and wife, owning property
located at 1267 High Street, Boiling Springs, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17007, their last known mailing
address being: 1267 High Street, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania
17007. MICHAEL D. REGEL and HEIDI M. REGEL are the owners of all
that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon,
being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the
Village of Churchtown in the Township of Monroe, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
ON the North by High Street, on the East by lot formerly of
Henry Spahr, now or late of Harvey Baker, on the South by a
12 foot alley and on the West by a 16 foot alley; being 36
feet in front on High Street and 159 feet, more or less, in
depth.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Sallie J. Burkholder K/N/A
Sallie J. Ferringer, and John A. Ferringer, wife and
husband, by deed dated May 14, 1998 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County
in Deed Book 199, Page 1131, granted and conveyed unto
Michael D. Regel and Heidi M. Regel.
ALSO BEING MORE PARTICULARLY bounded and described in
accordance with a survey dated March 2, 1999 by John R.
Williams, P.L.S. as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a St. pin at the south east corner of the
intersection of High Street and a 16' Alley; thence along
the southern right-of-way line of High Street North 66° 34'
20" seconds East 42.84 feet to St. pin; thence along
property now or formerly of Robert K. Cocklin through a
party wall of premises known as 1265 High Street South 21°
22' 40" East to a St. pin on the North side of an
unopenended 12' Alley; thence along the north side of said
unopenended Alley South 68° 47' 05" West 36.00 feet to St.
pin; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of the
previous referred 16' Alley North 23° 53' 55" West 154.78 to
a St. pin, the point and place of BEGINNING.

Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from May 18, 2001 through and including March 18, 2003 (second
calendar quarter 2001 through and including first calendar
quarter 2003). Said Authority services and sewer rates were
levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04,
same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township
Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from
the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the
Authority, s sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant
Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily

limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe
Township Ordinance No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for
payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and
incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to Michael D. Regel and Heidi M.
Regel for sewerage due to be treated from May 18, 2001 through
March 18, 2003 (second calendar quarter 2001 through and
including first calendar quarter 2003), which services total is
in the amount of $1,278.33, which sum was duly assessed against
Michael D. Regel and Heidi M. Regel, and the real property
described herein from the date of said billing statements as
attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount
of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs,
including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against
the above-described real property and premises in accordance with
the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101,
et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
