PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in this Policy is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN 1 1/2 story frame dwelling house and plot of ground istuate in the Township of Hampden,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania boudned and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the Simpson Road at corner of land now or formerly of David D. and Frances E.
Brandt, 100 feet westwardly from the line of land now or formerly of Harry P. Cornman; thence along said lands
now or formerly of Brandt North 14 degrees 15 minutes West 200 feet, more or less to a point; thence along other
land now or formelry of John R. and Vivian O. Donson, South 79 degrees 45 minutes West 809 feet to a point;
thence along land of same south 12 degrees 45 minutes East, 200 feet, more or less, to a point in the
aforementioned Simpson Road; thence by said Simpson Road North 79 degrees 45 minutes East, 85 feet to an
iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.
