Barber and Jamie L. Barber, of 337 Bonnybrook Road, carlisle, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with ML Builders, Inc., Contractor, of 641 Whiskey springs Road, Boiling springs, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of a residence, upon the following tract of land located in South Middleton Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more specif ically described as follows, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of South Middleton, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the centerline of York Road (S.R. 74) [for reference purposes, said spike being located five hundred fifty-three (553) feet measured by the centerline of Route 74 from its intersection with the centerline of Township Road T-686]i thence departing from centerline of York Road, and extending along other lands formerly of Liberty Associates, North twenty-four (24) degrees seventeen (17) minutes fifty-nine (59) seconds East, through a concrete monument set on the northwesternmost dedicated right-of-way line a distance of thirty and twenty-six hundredths (30.26) feet from the origin of this call, through an iron pin set on the southernmost dedicated right- of way line of Shughart Road (T-868), a distance of twenty-eight and fifty-three hundredths (28.53) feet from the terminus of this call, for a total distance of three hundred seventy-three and seventy-four hundredths (373.74) feet to a railroad spike set in the centerline of Shughart Road; thence extending in and through the centerline of Shughart Road, North eighty-five (85) degrees twenty-nine (29) minutes forty-eight (48) seconds Eas't, for a distance of two hundred eighty-seven and seventy-six hundredths (287.76) feet to a pin the center of said roadway at Lot #12 on the hereinafter mentioned plani thence departing from centerline of shughart Road, and extending along Lots #12 and #2 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of subdivision, South twenty-four (24) degrees forty-five (4S) minutes twelve (12) seconds West, through an iron pin set on the northeasternmost dedicated right-of-way line of York Road, a distance of thirty and twenty-three hundredths (30.23) feet from the terminus of this call, for a total distance of five hundred forty-five and seventeen hundredths (545.17) feet to a point in the centerline of York Road; thence extending in and through the center line of York Road, North fifty-eight (58) degrees ten (10) minutes eight (8) seconds West, for a distance of two hundred fifty and no hundredths (250.00) feet to a railroad spike in the center of said roadway, said spike marking the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.2969 acres to the dedicated rights-of-way, and 2.6342 acres to the property lines, and being designated as Lot #1
