Edmund Gagliardi 98-5907 Civil (Cumberland County) Dear David: Enclosed is a copy of a letter allegedly from Jenifer Klose, asking to have the money from her accident. Please check this out to make sure that this is truly the child's wish without any coercion and that a mortgage foreclosure is imminent. I do not mind helping out since there is not a lot of money in the account, but I want to make sure that this is not some scam. If you are satisfied that I should release the funds for mortgage purposes, please prepare a very short petition signed by everyone and forward it to me with an appropriate order.
