COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Robert C. Saidis, Esquire, Solicitor for the
County of Cumberland, and complains as follows:
(1) Plaintiff is the County of Cumberland, a County of the
Fourth Class, with its principal place of business at 1 Courthouse
Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
(2) Defendant, Cumberland Motor Inns, Inc. (hereinafter CMI) ,
is a Pennsylvania Corporation with a place of business at 1460
Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
(3) Defendant, Eagle Development Corporation (hereinafter
EDC) , is a Pennsylvania Corporation with a place of business at
1460 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
(4) Defendant, Cumberland County Industrial Authority
(hereinafter CCIDA), has a place of business at 212 North Hanover
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
(5) At all times relevant hereto Defendant, CMI, was the
operator of a motel facility known as the Econolodge Motel, 1460
Harrisburg
Pike,
Middlesex
Township,
Cumberland
County,
Pennsylvania (hereinafter the Site) .
(6) At all times relevant hereto Defendant, EDC, was the
