County, Pennsylvania 17013, and are herein called MORTGAGORS.

That at all times material to the Plaintiff's cause of
action, the MORTGAGORS have been the owner of a tract of land and
the buildings thereon, herein called LAND, located in the Township
of Silver Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

The LAND is described as follows:
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Appalachian
Trail which highway leads southwardly from Route 11, commonly
known as the Carlisle Pike, to the crossing of the Cumberland
Valley Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence in a westerly
direction at right angles to the Appalachian Trail along lands now
or formerly of Alex De Santo for a distance of 223 feet to a
stake; thence in a southerly direction along the same for a
distance of 250 feet to a stake in line of lands now or formerly
of Barney K, Wagner; thence in an easterly direction along said
Wagner lands for a distance of 236 feet to a point in the center
of the aforementioned Appalachian Trail; thence in a northerly
direction by the several courses and distances of said Appalachian
