The Father, Brett A. Napoli, and the Mother, Christina R. Babic, shall have shared legal custody of Bailey D. Napoli, born Septerrber: 15, 1997. Each parent shall have an equal right, to be exercised jointly with ' the other parent, to make all major non-ernergency decisions affecting the Child's general well-being inclUding, but not limited to, all decisions regarding his health, education and religion. 2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child. 3. The Father shall have partial physical custody of the Child on alternating weekends from Friday at 6:00 p.m. through sunday at 6:00 p.m. The Father shall also have custody of the Child one evening per week overnight from _6:00 p.m. until the following rrorning. 4. The parties shall share or alternate having custody of the Child on holidays as follows: A. Christmas: The parties shall alternate having custody of the Child frcm December 24 at 9:00 a.m. until Christmas Day at 5:00 p.m., beginning with the Mother having custody during this time period in 1998. In every year, the parties shall equally share the remainder of the school holiday break as arranged by agreement of the parties. In 1998, the, parties agree that the Mother shall have custody of the Child from December 2,4, 1998 through December 27, 1998 and the _Father shall have custody of the Child from December 28, 1998 through January 3, 1999. B. Thanksgiving: The Thanksgiving holiday shall run from the Wednesday befol:e Thanksgiving through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The Mother shall have custody over the Thanksgiving holiday in even numbered years and the Father shall have custody of the Child over the Thanksgiving holiday in odd numbered years. C. Alternating Holidays: The parties shall alternate having custody of the Child on the following holidays frcm 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Each parent shall have a period of custody with the Child on or about the Child's birthday in every year in order to celebrate the occasion. 5. The holiday custody schedule shall supersede and take precedence over the regular custody schedule. 6. In addition to his regular periods of custody, the Father shall also have custody of the Child for four (4) non-consecutive weeks during each sunmer upon providing notice to the Mother by May 15th each year. The Mother shall have custody of the Child during each sunmer for two non-consecutive weeks upon providing notice to the Father by ~lay 15th of each year. 7. The party recelvlng custody of the Child shall be responsible to provide transportation for the exchange of custody. 8. Each party shall provide sixty (60) days advance notice to the other party of any intention to relocate his or her residence more than thirty (30) miles from its current location. 'Itle notice period is intended to allow the party to have an opportunity for redetermination of the custody schedule or to permit the filing of a Petition with the Court to review the relocation request. 9. This order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the parties at a CUstody Conciliation Conference. The parties may modify the provisions of this order by mutual consent.
