COMPLAINT
AND NOW. comes the Plaintiff. PENNSYLVANIA STATE BANK. by its atlorneys, NICHOLAS &
FOREMAN, and files the instanl Complaint as follows:
1. Plaintiff. PENNSYLVANIA STATE BANK, is a Pennsylvania business corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with principal offices located at 2148
Market Street, P,O. Box 487, Camp Hill. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011,
2. Defendant, NORMAN C. KEGERREIS, JR, is an adult individual, sui iuris, residing at 56
Queen Avenue, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025.
3. On or about February 26, 1997, Defendant borrowed funds from Plaintiff, in the original
principal amount of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-two and 34/100 Dollars ($8,932,34) agreeing to
repay the same under the terms of a Promissory Note dated February 26,1997. A true and correct copy of
the said Promissory Note is atlached hereto, labeled Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
4, Under the terms of the said Note, failure to make any payment when due is a default and, on
default at the option of Plaintiff, all sums due under the Note, including principal, interest, late charges and
Plaintiff's collection cost, become immediately due and payable.
5. Defendant is in default under the said Promissory Note for failing to make monthly principal
and interest payments due on or before July 15, 1998 and all payments due thereafter.
6. Despite repeated demands from Plaintiff to Defendant, Defendant has refused and continues
to refuse to make said payments.
7. Plaintiff hereby declares all sums under the said note acceleration are immediately due and
payable,
